Glue guys are the ones you can depend on when the vibes are low. See, what’s special about glue guys is that they’re we>me. They think about the team before personal benefit. Right now, this community needs some glue guys.
These past few weeks, our community has had some hiccups. Now’s the time for us to get back on track. We’ve read the Index articles, we’ve had the assemblies, now it is time for the bounce back. This moment is what makes the great ones great.
So, who’s gonna be the glue guy? Who’s going to get the vibes back to where they need to be?
A light-skinned brother of mine, Drake, once said, “Never let the successes get to your head and never let the failures get to your heart.” Men, we must not ride the emotional roller coaster of life.
So, who’s gonna be the glue guy? Who’s going to get the vibes back to where they need to be? When we’re climbing the mountain of success we tend to only focus on the top of the mountain. Instead of focusing on how far we are away from the top of the mountain, take a second to look below and acknowledge how far we’ve come.
Appreciate what we have done so far, accept the road ahead of us, and keep on climbing. Godspeed.
